Nanette Logan is the Chief Operating Officer of Regional Medical Center, a role she has held since 2023. With a distinguished career in nursing leadership at HCA Healthcare hospitals since 2007, Nanette served as the Chief Nursing Officer at Regional Medical Center and the Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Riverside Community Hospital. She is known for her collaborative approach and success in enhancing hospital operations. At Regional Medical Center, Nanette spearheads a structural and cultural transformation while upholding high standards of quality care for the east San Jose community. Her leadership emphasizes empowering front-line employees and advocating for exceptional, safe care.
Nanette is deeply committed to mentoring and coaching current and upcoming executive leaders in the healthcare arena, furthering her impact beyond her immediate role. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Nursing Leadership from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco.
