Lead Without Limits is a virtual six-month group leadership development experience designed specifically for frontline supervisors and managers. Built on the proprietary M.O.R.E. Mindset™ Leadership Model, each 90-minute session combines one hour of targeted content delivery with 30 minutes of live group coaching — where participants apply concepts directly to the real challenges they are navigating right now.
This is the same methodology Dr. Kym uses with C-suite and senior executives — now accessible in a structured group format designed for emerging leaders who are ready to invest in their success.
