Independent Consultant for Non-profit Organizations
Pat Hurston currently serves as an independent consultant for non-profit organizations including leading the Capital Campaign for Raising Expectations Inc., a non-profit serving youth and their families on Atlanta’s west side providing after-school programs to raise their level of expectations for learning. Pat previously served as Executive Director for CEO Netweavers, Resource Development Director for Women in Technology, and sales lead for Leadercast in Atlanta.In addition, Pat is the Chief Operating Officer for Greenwood Commercial Real Estate, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm serving on the Executive Leadership team.
Pat is experienced in the financial services sectors, with a reputation for developing innovative business and technology solutions that transform global operations. For nearly 10 years, Pat held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Billing & Collections for CNA Insurance in Chicago. In this role she led a multi-billion dollar portfolio of billings in the area of commercial insurance coverage. In that role she directed, managed, and mentored a staff of 200 associates across five U.S. states, and cultivated client relationships.
Before joining CNA, Pat spent 21 years in various areas of JP Morgan Chase, including Senior VP, Government Financial Solutions where she led a team of over 400 employees.
Pat graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Detroit Mercy. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Pat is a passionate volunteer and has served as Board and Committee Chair for non-profits in Chicago and Atlanta. Pat resides in Ellenwood, GA with her husband Ted.
